Connecting IronWorks to MobileIron

To allow IronWorks to collect data from your MobileIron Core, you'll need to add a new local user to your Core and ensure it has the correct permissions:

1. Log in to your Core admin interface

This is located at e.g. https://core.yourdomain.com:8443/mifs/

2. Open Devices & Users in the top navigation bar, then Users

3. Click Add then Add Local User.

Choose a user ID, first name, last name, a long, secure password and an email address.

Make a note of the user ID and password as you'll need this later in the process, then click Save.

4. Click Admin in the top navigation bar, then select the user you created in step 3. Click Actions > Assign to Space
